I'm a Little Teapot
Issue two is a double thickness minizine :-)
Cut around the edge to remove the excess and then follow the tutorial. How to a4 sheet to mini zine size:
http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/mini_zine
Then staple the two minizines together so that the page numbers make sense  :-)
